being simplistic doesn`t mean to be bad, is very good, I just think that the fish is a bit too detailed in comparison with the rest of the composition dont´t you think? <i think a better idea would be if you just drew a dot-like-eye. and erase all other lines except his fin.
but you did very well, dude, keep up the good work.

Thanks for the feedback, personally I thought it would be a nice contrast to the penguin's simplicity, though I definetely get your point, it coul'de have worked well.
